We offer assistance to help seniors and individuals with disabilities navigate income support programs, access health and wellness services, and receive legal, literacy, and computer literacy support. Our team also provides help with completing applications, forms, income tax returns, and addressing transportation needs.

Community Connector
The Community Connector program helps older adults access local resources and services, offering personalized support and referrals to health, social, and community programs to enhance their well-being. This program serves Sicamous and surrounding area, Salmon Arm, Enderby and surrounding area, South Shuswap, North Shuswap, and Chase.

Better at Home
The Shuswap Better at Home program is a non-medical service initiative designed to support older adults in maintaining their independence and living in their own homes for as long as possible. Services offered through this program include housekeeping, friendly visiting, resource and referral, minor home repairs, light yard work, grocery shopping, and phone check-ins. This program serves Sicamous and surrounding area, Salmon Arm, Enderby and surrounding area, South Shuswap, North Shuswap, and Chase. Services are provided by local staff and volunteers.
